A founding member of Armbruster, Dripps, Winterscheidt & Blotevogel, John Winterscheidt was born in a small town in rural Kansas where he learned the value of hard work and honesty. Excelling in high-school athletics as well as academics, John attended Augustana College on a football scholarship where he was elected captain of the team and received All Conference honors. Upon graduation, John was accepted into the prestigious Washington University School of Law where he was elected by the student body to sit on the school’s Honor Council.
John is licensed by examination to practice law in Illinois, Missouri and Kansas. For the past twenty years, John has practiced in the area of personal injury litigation. During that time period, he has handled cases ranging from products liability to automobile accidents, has successfully tried cases in both Illinois and Missouri and has prevailed in appellate courts in both states.
For over ten years, John has focused his practice on assisting workers injured on the job. John understands the hardships placed on injured workers and their families and therefore stresses obtaining the best available medical treatment and early resolution of cases. In doing so, he routinely obtains six-figure awards and settlements for his clients.
John endeavors to establish a personal relationship with his clients to ensure the best possible result for the injured worker. Long after cases have been resolved, this relationship continues.
