A hotel worker hired ADWB partner, to represent her after she injured her knee at work. Her employer refused to pay any of her medical bills and refused to compensate her for her time off work. After a successful arbitration, the company appealed the Decision. Following that appeal, the company was ordered not only to pay for the medical treatment the client had already received and to pay the client for her time lost from work, but was also held responsible for future medical treatment for the injured client’s knee. She has now undergone knee surgery and is recuperating while receiving her weekly checks for her continued time away from work.
